Who we are....

We are a friendly pro-active group with over 50 members, but guests are always welcome. Meetings take place on the 2nd Saturday of the month and are held at Foulden Village Hall, Main Street, Foulden TD15 1UH. Parking is limited so we encourage car share. Please note there are no meetings in July and August. Talks start at 2pm unless otherwise stated. You are welcome to arrive anytime after 1pm when the hall is opened.

Our meetings feature a guest speaker, and/or workshops*. Teas and coffees are available and there is usually a sales table of donated materials and a raffle.

Membership runs from January to December and is £25 for the year. Visitors are welcome and the fee to attend is £4.50.

We are able to keep subscription costs low partly thanks to the great support the sales table receives. Volunteers to help and textile related contributions are always welcome. Spreading the workload is vital to the smooth running of the group and helpers are always needed, from serving refreshments, setting up/clearing the hall or assisting the speaker.

*Workshops are at an extra cost. Spaces are often limited and priority will be given to members.
